1. The worst conditions are the best training conditions

๐Ÿง From then on, I brainwashed myself into craving discomfort. If it was raining, I would go run. 

✅Whenever it started snowing, my mind would say, Get your fucking running shoes on.


2. Turn adversity into fuel for your metamorphosis

๐ŸšซBecause when you’re driven, whatever is in front of you, whether it’s racism, injuries, divorce, depression, obesity, tragedy, or poverty, becomes fuel for your metamorphosis.


3. Confidence comes from personal accountability

4. Write down what makes you uncomfortable and go do it

✅Especially those things you know are good for you. Now go do one of them, and do it again.


5. Smile at pain, watch it fade, and push a bit more

๐Ÿ˜ŠSmile at pain and watch it fade for at least a second or two. If you can do that, you can string those seconds together and last longer than your opponent thinks you can, and that may be enough to catch a second wind.


6. You can do more

❌If the most push-ups you have ever done is one hundred in a workout, do 105 or 110.


9. Most people waste 4–5 hours a day

⌚Most people waste four to five hours on a given day, and if you can learn to identify and utilize it, you’ll be on your way toward increased productivity.


10. The people around you matter

๐Ÿ‘ฅWe need to surround ourselves with people who will tell us what we need to hear, not what we want to hear, but at the same time not make us feel we’re up against the impossible.
