2.  Time is a choice. It's a finite resource. And we have the power to choose how we use it.


3.  The most successful people are not the ones who are the busiest. They are the ones who are the most intentional with their time.


4.  When we look at our lives through the lens of how we spend our time, we often discover that we have more time than we think.


5.  Time is elastic. It stretches to accommodate what we need or wants to put into it.
